Responsibilities

• 1. Candidate should have good academic background only (Xth and Xiith, Graduation and, Post Graduation any discipline 55% and above throughout, any but Regular PG for Assistant Manager ... for all distance learning / correspondance masters program it will be officer cadre).
• 2. Age of the candidate for Officer Cadre not to be more than 24 Years and not to be more than and 26 years for Assistant Manager.
• 3. Only those candidate are to apply who are open for relocation from their home town and will be ready for transfers as and when required as per the business requirements.

• Candidate with any Passed out Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University can apply the positoin where Age should not be more than 26 Years for Assistant Manager Cadre and Not More than 24 Years for Officer Cadre (if the candidate has not completed Masters Degree and is only a graduate from any recognizaed University)
• The profile for which we are to hire would be of Banking Operations (mean that sales / revenue generation is also part of the profile and the bank as per the policy can change the roles of the employees anytime from operations to Sales if the candidate is found suitable / flare towards sales roles / as per the business requirements).
• Revenue Generation products in Bank would mean selling CASA, Gold, Third Party Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds etc....
