Responsibilities - Managing banking front desk operations for ex. clearing, cash transactions, teller, etc.
- Servicing and resolution of customer queries
- Effective Customer footfall management
- Strict adherence to the turn around time
- Cross -sell of bank products ( Employee would be required to sell all Axis Bank Products)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art in Others or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Deputy Managers / Manager specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Employee has to be open for relocations for any of the UP east new / existing branches. (Urban / Semi-Urban / Rural Branches)
- Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Management.

Required skill(s): Knowledge of banking operations.
Required language(s): English, Hindi
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
