Responsibilities - Responsible for sourcing of CASA business of the Branch
- Responsible for sourcing of Third Party Targets
- Driving and motivating Business Development Executives
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from the recognized University
- Required skill(s): Sales and Team Management.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience (minimum 3 Years of Banking exp) in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or Management.

Requirements:
The Opening's are primarily in the UP east locations, thus candidate should be ready for the reloaction to rural branches too.
Candidate must be working in in a Bank / financial institution and handling CASA/ LI sales for at least 3 years. Experience of working as Branch Sales Manager (CASA) in a peer level Bank is desirable. |
