Position Sales Manager - Prepaid INR Cards

Responsibilities
  • Number, value and income target achievement on Prepaid INR cards
  • New Corporate acquisitions
  • Relationship management and increasing penetration in existing corporates
  • One point contact for Prepaid Cards for the Zone/Territory assigned
  • Process adherence and audit compliance
  • Manage the Co-ex team and ensure their adequate productivity
  • Ensure branch training (branch and FFMC branches) and activation
  • Responsible for giving adequate feedback to the RSM/ ASM / Product for ensuring that the product is always in line with market expectations
  • To ensure all pricing and process approvals are in place
  • Ensure branch training and activation
  • Ensure product awareness among PB, Tellers, RM and other channels involved in the card sale
  • Closely track branches and release regular MIS to ensure they push the sale of Prepaid INR Cards


Requirements
  • Candidate must be graduate/post graduate in any field
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or equivalent
  • 1 Full-Time positions available
