Ownership and Delivery of Business targets. Providing motivation, guidance, support and direction to the team. Understanding the business goals and effectively communicating to the team. Identifying and bringing up new business opportunities in rural areas. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
