Position Technical Support Member
Work Location Bangalore

Responsibilities
  • Ensure routine technical checks for application
  • Liaise with vendor / L2 to ensure production issues are resolved and fixes/patches are implemented successfully. Provide technical hand holding during incident/problem resolution
  • Be a team player. Active participation in improvement initiatives
  • Identify root causes / alternate solutions for incident occur
  • Willing to work under Rotationally shift policy
  • Achieve SLA as per the agreed term & condition with Application
  • Ensure on escalation matrix/update are properly done.
  • MIS Preparation and Documentation skill
  • Attending CAB meetings & planning the CCF for production movement.


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Technical Writer or equivalent.
