Responsibilities
- Guide, support and review the marketing strategy, promotional mix and product portfolio of the business unit in order to ensure short term and long term objectives for market share, unit sales and profits.
- Review market data, analyse competition and product portfolio, develop robust marketing plans and assist preparation and implementation of business plan in order to drive market share and profits
- Guide, train, motivate, develop and evaluate direct reports, allocate responsibilities, in order to enable high performance standards.
- Direct and champion campaigns, design and deliver learning modules for field staff, develop field relationship in order to ensure campaigns lead to market share and profits.
- Guide, support and facilitate annual preparation and monthly review of sales forecasts and allocation of promotional budgets in order to achieve planned sales and market share.
- Liaise, develop and sustain relationship with key opinion leaders in the medical and patient fraternity in order to facilitate surrogate advertising.
- Analyse data to identify gaps in product portfolio, recommend to superior, assist in launch plan development in order to expand the product portfolio, market share and increase profits.
