• • Answering an incoming reservation call , the voice should be well modulated pleasant and courteous
• • When attending the reservation call check what type of reservation it is and have to proceed according to the nature of reservation as well as type of reservation respectively
• Check the availability of the room /the type of room / and confirm the reservation
• • Try to up sell the higher category rooms
• • Ensure if all the details are filled in the advance reservation form
• • See that all amendments / cancellations are to be made in the amendments /cancellation forms with out any mistakes
• • When the reservation are made through the telex / fax / letter/ telegram read in completely the entire message understand and ascertain the request
• • In return to confirm the reservation use the same method of confirmation
• • To keep all sales office update on closed out / sold out dates and category of rooms periodically
• • To ensure to reply to all requests
• • All block booking reservations are to be directed to the sales executives as it requires a lot of follow up work
• • In the absence of the sales executive all the details like company name and other details pertaining to the block reservations are to be sent to the sales department
• • To sort out and attach all correspondence with respective advance reservation forms
• • To print out arrival list giving appropriate command to the computer
• • To check all bookings with advance reservation forms and correspondence respectively
• • To inform follow up with other departments regarding special instructions / facilities
• • Assist in implementing T.B.E.M processes.
• • Enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP • System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of your work place.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
